The short version: use the site fairly, and treat what it shows as examples. Anything we do together is agreed in writing.
Who we are
Phanes is run by Matic Zupan, in Slovenia. These terms cover your use of phaneslab.com. By using the site you agree to them.
What the site is for
The site describes Phanes and lets you ask for early access. It does not give you access to the product. Nothing on the site is an offer we are bound by; a pilot or a subscription only starts with a written agreement that we both sign, and that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
The examples on the site
Northwall and the people, ads and results shown on the site are invented, to show what Phanes does. Phanes simulates how people are likely to react; its results are a well-informed second opinion, not a measurement of real customers. Please use them as one input to your decisions, not the only one.
What you send us
When you ask for early access, you tell us things that are true and that you are allowed to share. We use them only as the privacy notice describes.
Our content
The text, design, logotype and pictures on this site belong to Phanes. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote short parts with credit. Please do not copy the site or use the name or logotype in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Using the site fairly
Please do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, or send the form automatically.
No guarantees
We keep the site accurate and working as well as we can, but it is provided as it is, and it may change or be unavailable at times. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on it. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. They are governed by the law of Slovenia, and disputes go to the courts of Ljubljana, unless the law where you live gives you a right to go to your own courts. Questions go through the early access form.
