What we do with your details.

Who is responsible

Phanes is run by Matic Zupan. For anything about your data, send a note through the early access form and say it is about your data. A person answers.

What we collect

Only what you type into the early access form: your work email, your company’s website, who you are trying to reach, and, if you choose to say, what you are launching next, your role and whether you have past results.

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to your request and, if it is a fit, to arrange a pilot with you. You asked us to get in touch, so we use your details to take the steps you asked for before any agreement. We do not send newsletters and we do not use your details for anything else.

Where it goes

Your request is passed to Matic’s inbox by a form service (Web3Forms) that acts on our instructions, and the site is served by a hosting provider (Vercel). Beyond those two, nobody receives it. We never sell or share your details.

How long we keep it

While we are in contact with you. If nothing comes of the request, we delete it within twelve months, or sooner if you ask.

Material you test in a pilot

Ads, pages and emails you upload in a pilot stay private and are used only to run your tests. To run a test they are processed by the AI model provider we use (Anthropic, directly or through Amazon Web Services), under terms that do not let them train on it. The pilot agreement covers this in full, and we are happy to sign your NDA.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, or to stop us using them. Ask through the early access form and it will be done. If you are in the EU or the UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
